Mark Sweeney

Mark Sweeney is a writer, husband and father of two. He’s spent 30 years in the advertising industry, mainly at Hal Riney & Partners, writing commercials for some of the most iconic brands in the world. However, in all that time he was never asked to write a jingle—a lamentable gap in an otherwise full and enjoyable career. During his advertising years he lived in various neighborhoods in San Francisco, and now resides in Novato with his family writing Issue-oriented political advertising and children’s books. He also helps his wife Gina write children’s songs for her musical history You Tube channel. Kind of a jingle gig.
